Hotel Nikko Guangzhou’s Café Verano is hosting a ‘Spring Feast of Mango’ event until May 5 – featuring an assortment of both hot and cold mango dishes.
According to a press release, the majority of the mango-loaded foods are original dishes from Café Verano’s chef. Highlights include sautéed prawns with mango, sautéed mango with cucumber and Chinese yam, sweet and sour pork with mango and pan-fried cod with Mexican style mango sauce – among numerous others.
Café Verano is an all-day dining restaurant located on the first floor of Hotel Nikko. The eatery can accommodate 186 people and offers pleasant garden views, local and international cuisine and live music.
